- Personalized Onboarding: A dedicated session to welcome you to the service, understand your specific needs, and set you up for success.
- Expert Coaching Sessions: Connect with a Guardian Coach Specialist for personalized sessions focusing on patterns in your data, lifestyle adjustments (like exercise, diet, sleep), medication schedules, and understanding your care plan. You'll receive a limited number of live coaching sessions per year.
- Pre-Visit Preparation: Receive a specialized report and consultation before your doctor's appointments to help you focus on the most important aspects of your health and effectively communicate with your clinician.
- Active Risk Monitoring: The service continuously assesses factors like symptom burden and fall risk based on your tracked data, providing personalized education and strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Ongoing Email Support: While live coaching sessions are limited, you can reach out to your assigned coach via email as often as needed during business hours for questions and support. Your coach will clarify their specific response times and availability.
Your Coaching Sessions:
- Scheduling Your First Session: We highly recommend scheduling your first coaching session during your initial onboarding call. A good timeframe for this first session is typically 4-6 weeks after onboarding, allowing time for StrivePD and your coach to establish a baseline understanding of your symptoms and routines.

Scheduling Subsequent Sessions: You can schedule future coaching sessions by:
- Tapping the StrivePD Guardian card within the app.
- Emailing guardian@strivepd.com.
- You can indicate specific topics or concerns you'd like to discuss when scheduling.
- What to Expect: Your coach will review patterns observed in your StrivePD data, discuss helpful resources personalized to your needs (within your existing care plan), covering areas like medication timing, impactful activities, diet/hydration, and sleep habits. They can also provide information regarding advanced Parkinson's therapies and clinical trial enrollment opportunities.
Preparing for Your Clinical Visits:
StrivePD Guardian helps you make the most of your appointments with your doctor.
- You'll receive a specialized pre-visit report and consultation.
- To enable this, please enter your next clinical visit date into the StrivePD app as soon as you know it.

How to enter your visit date:
- Open the StrivePD app.
- Tap the Settings icon (gear symbol) in the upper right corner.
- Open the StrivePD Profile section and scroll to Clinical Care.
- In the Next Clinical Visit field, enter the date of your next scheduled clinical appointment.
Active Risk Monitoring & Sharing Reports:
Guardian's active monitoring helps identify potential risks based on your data. You'll receive personalized education and mitigation techniques if elevated risks are detected.
We recommend sharing your progress with care partners or loved ones. You can add them as recipients to your monthly StrivePD reports:
- Open the StrivePD app.
- Tap the Settings icon (gear symbol) in the upper right corner.
- Select StrivePD Reports.
- Tap Add Recipient.
- Enter the email address of the person you wish to add. They will then receive copies of your monthly reports.
