You can view your last three months of logged activities, along with how many minutes of activity you did each week.
1. On the "My Day" tab, tap on the Activity Card.
2. The top half of the screen will show how active you've been over the past 3 months.
3. Below, you'll see a list of all logged activities. Swipe from the bottom of the screen towards the top to see older activities.
4. If you tap on an activity, you can add more information, like a note or an RPE value. For activities logged through your watch or another app, you cannot edit the start time or duration.
What is RPE?
The Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) can help you keep track of how hard you work during an activity. Research suggests people with Parkinson's should do 90 minutes of moderate to high intensity exercise each week.
