Set daily goals and stay on track with activities that make a difference in your day.
Today's Goals is designed to help you track progress towards completing a simple set of activities, and see how many days in a row you can stick to your plan. We recommend setting small, achievable goals that are personalized to suit your daily regimen - these can be goals that improve your day or represent consistent, daily steps towards achieving larger goals, such as getting a minimum of 150 minutes of physical activity every week.
Take a few minutes to think about goals that will benefit your unique journey - consult with your clinician or care team to brainstorm some ideas! Today's Goals can be updated at any time so you can adapt them to suit your changing needs.

When is the best time to track Today's Goals?
Today's Goals is designed to make it easy to track your progress throughout the day, or run through your goals list at the end of the day when you have time to sit down and review them.
The Goals reminder notification is scheduled in the evening by default, and you can update this to a time that better suits you by going to Settings > Notifications & Reports > Goals.
Tapping to open the notification will open your Goals list for review. You can leave your notification in the iOS notification center and open it at any time after the scheduled reminder time. You will only receive a reminder notification if you have not completed all your goals for the day.
