Discover patterns in how your symptoms feel over the course of the month - quickly identify days that trend better or worse.
Daily Check-in is designed to be a once-a-day flow to capture important details while you reflect on your day as a whole. Check-ins can supplement event logging throughout the day, such as medications and physical activity. This is an opportunity to highlight important symptoms and notes with an overall assessment of your day while it's still top of mind.
Check-in details are registered in the StrivePD Report and available for review in the StrivePD web portal for registered partnering clinicians. Consistent Daily Check-ins will help you identify some of the contributing factors to the successful or not-so-successful days. Share that information with your care team to optimize your care plan.
Check-in Basics
1. Start by indicating the severity of your symptoms as you reflect on your day overall.
2. Identify specific symptoms to highlight from the quick-select list, or tap ADD to select from the full symptom list (including any custom symptoms you may have created in that list).
3. Use text Notes to capture additional information relevant to your day.
4. Review your Check-in before submitting - tap to edit any section of the flow.
5. The color representing your symptom severity selection will show up in the Calendar view for that day.
6. To review your Check-in notes in the context of other events, like physical activity, logged throughout the day, scroll to the RECENT LOGGED ITEMS chart.
7. Tap the card to launch the edit view, where you can update your Check-in note if desired.
When is the best time to Check-in?
Daily Check-in is designed to be a day-to-day summary, so we recommend checking in at the end of your day. Everyone is different, and every day is different - so that time may be earlier or later depending on what works best for you.
The Daily Check-in reminder notification is scheduled in the evening by default, and you can update this to a time that better suits you by going to Settings > Notifications & Reports > Daily Check-in.
Tapping to open the notification will start a Check-in right away. You can leave your notification in the iOS notification center and open it at any time after the scheduled reminder time. You can also start a new Check-in directly from the Check-in calendar card whenever you like.
