Logging your well-being over the course of the week, or even the day, can help mark moments you'd like to remember.
Well-being assessments can be valuable, non-clinical indicators of your day-to-day Parkinson's journey. StrivePD offers a 5-level Likert scale (rating system) for subjective quality of life measurements at any given moment.
Start tracking your well-being along with activities, symptoms or medications to build a clear event timeline that can help identify areas for improvement and highlight specific events to bring up with your care team.
Well-being Basics
1. Tap on the emoji that best matches how you're feeling right now.
2. Your selection will be saved and displayed in the Recent Logged Items section where you can view them in the context of other logged items.
3. Tap the chart to open the edit list for Recent Logged Items, and tap the well-being log you'd like to update - logs are accessible in this list for Today and the past 7 days.
4. You can update or delete the well-being log from the Edit view
5. For logs over the past 30 days, you can go to Insights / Logged and your well-being selections will appear for additional context with other logged items
